Move with love, live with freedom
I support people in rediscovering their connection to their bodies through movement and self-compassion.

My name is Lydia
I have a deep passion for movement in all its forms. With 10 years of experience in yoga, mobility, and natural movement, I guide women toward a more intuitive, empowering relationship with their bodies and food. My approach throws away the rule book, no more rigid plans or external expectations. Instead, I help women reconnect with their bodies, tuning into what feels good rather than following imposed rules. Rooted in self-love and awareness, my work is about fostering true mind-body connection, allowing movement and nourishment to be guided by intuition, not restriction.

What to expect in my classes...
My classes are energetic and varied, drawing on my background in yoga, mobility, and movenat. You’ll experience a balanced mix of core work, joint mobility, strength exercises, and stretching—with the occasional burst of heart-pumping plyometrics to keep things exciting. Each session weaves in breathing techniques for both body and mind, ending with a relaxation segment to help you fully integrate the practice.
My Journey with Food & Exercise
Food was once used to regulate my emotions and was consumed quickly without thought. Growing up, sweets were my go-to comfort, and exercise was merely a tool to shape my body rather than a form of self-care. From my teenage years, I struggled with disordered eating, secretly battling bulimia for six years. It wasn’t until I embarked on a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher training that I realised I had a choice, I didn’t have to be defined by these patterns.
For years, I believed that healing meant completely eliminating these struggles, but I later understood that true healing comes from acceptance, not resistance. Bingeing wasn’t really about the food, it was about gaining control during times when everything else felt out of reach. When I stopped fighting these behaviors and instead met them with understanding and self-compassion, everything shifted.
My relationship with movement also evolved. No longer a means of punishment or a way to prove my worth, exercise became an act of devotion, a vital method for processing emotions and nurturing my body. This shift has allowed me to get curious about my body, marvel at its resilience, and appreciate just how incredible we truly are.
Now, my ethos is simple: throw away the rulebook. I live and move in a way that supports and nourishes my body, free from guilt and full of self-love.
